100% of your tax-deductible contribution will help cover the cost of our free four-day medical, healthcare & health education clinic that will serve 650-750 Haitians sugarcane laborers & their families who live in the Dominican “bateyes” (bateyes are isolated & impoverished communities of migrant Haitians who live in the Dominican Republic). Most bateyes are deprived of electricity, clean water, healthcare, access to public transportation, healthy food & education past the 6th grade.
